I hear many people say they are stuck. They can’t figure out how to get out of this metaphorical jail cell they have put themselves in. Some people blame others for putting them behind these so-called locked doors. They can’t find the key to open up to what they can’t see or hear. Where is that voice within that everyone is talking about? What is my Higher Self saying? Where are my angels? I can’t hear anyone!
Breathe in. Breathe out. The bad news is, there isn’t a key to your cell. The good news is the DOOR ISN’T LOCKED!! All you have to do is open the door of your cell, whatever cell you are perceiving you are in right now, and walk right through. And if you still believe you need a key, then imagine one in your hand. In fact, let’s go through a visualization right now. You don’t even have to close your eyes. As you read the words, just use your inner knowing and your inner vision. Oh, I forgot, you think you don’t have these. Let me tell you…YOU DO! Allow me to help…
See yourself in a jail cell. You’re standing in the middle of the cell. Behind you is a barred window and you can see the sun light, the ocean, the mountains, the meadows, the colors; anything that resonates with you. In front of you is the door to your cell. But you are alone. You and only you. There’s no one on the other side. There’s no one coming to help. Who will unlock the door for you?
Breathe in. Breathe out. Only you have the power to escape from this cell. Notice yourself starting to feel calmer as you breathe. Face the window and start to feel golden light coming from the window warming your face. See and feel that light start to surround your entire body, inside and out. You’re getting warmer. Yes, that’s right; physically and spiritually you are lighting up.
Breathe in. Breathe out. As you look down at yourself, you see a pocket in your shirt. In that pocket is a key. One of those antique keys. Reach into your pocket and pull out your key.
Walk to the door of your cell and reach through the bars and unlock the door. Stand back and watch as the door swings easily open. Be still for a moment and see the opening. Breathe in. Breathe out. With the light behind you and the light inside of you, walk out of your cell. Continue with your journey now. You are free.
