We all know what judgement looks like when we are conscious of it. What about when it happens unconsciously?
Somewhere in this evolution of our Soul, we know exactly what and who we are. Are you saying right now, “Of course I know this!” Or are you saying, “Darn it. I had to be reminded again.” Thinking you have to be reminded causes you to judge yourself.
Notice and be aware of the duality in your head. If we are still living, good/bad or right/wrong, we still judge. We can judge ourselves, someone else, a situation, or our own life path. When there’s non duality, there is no judgment, only satisfaction with the way the moment is presenting itself.
Judgement can be the avenue that gets us to acknowledge our true self. These avenues are already carved out for us, however, we must find the unconscious judgement. What we need and what we need to do, changes everyday – every moment. How are you looking for the judgement that isn’t conscious?
Let’s look at some examples:
When you have a conversation with a friend, and your mind is off thinking about something else or what your response will be, you might have some judgment on yourself based on your inability to remain present with your friend. That’s a conscious judgement.
But what else are you judging by not listening to your friend?
How about your friend? How do you think they feel when you aren’t being present with them? What are you unconsciously telling that person by not listening? They are picking up that they are not worthy of your full attention – their story isn’t worthy. And that’s judgment on them, by you, and also causes your friend to judge themselves.
Think about the other person when you are in a conversation. You want to give them your attention. By giving someone your full attention, they feel worthy and also begin to notice how others make them feel unworthy by not being present. You help all Souls shift in consciousness by becoming aware of judgement, consciously and unconsciously.
Another example: Let’s say something really good happens to you. Then, after a bit, you want more. That’s when judgement shows up. You step out of the present moment and the feeling of worthiness by saying, “Why can’t I have more?” The original ‘something’ isn’t good enough anymore and you no longer feel satisfied. And so begins another cycle of judgement and not honoring where your Soul is, and what it is learning in the moment.
Let’s talk about one more. When we notice someone doing something, we might say to them or under our breath, “I would not do it that way.” That, is judgement. Unconsciously, we are putting off a vibration that your way is a better way, and telling the other person their way of doing something is not the right way. Without duality, no one is right or wrong. With duality, there will always be judgement and not growth.
A lot of the current mood at this time is one based on a long ago belief that we are better than someone else, or our way of thinking is better. Without duality, no one is good or bad. With duality, there is no room for growth.
We are here as Souls to raise the vibration of Love. Every Soul has a different “job” in doing that. Some of us are here to show us the opposite of Love. If we judge someone else for their purpose here, we put undo pressure and judgement on that Soul. That Soul already has enough it must process in this lifetime. The only thing we can do is keep a Love vibration high and pump Love blood (You’ll see where this phrase came from in my next blog) through every situation.
We are here to expand our Soul consciousness. To Love through everything, regardless of what others are doing. Love expands. Love vibrates. Love is all there is. Keep loving. It’s what we came here to do.
