NamasteI had an extra moment this morning to jot down these thoughts…

Most of us view tomorrow as the day to give ‘thanks.’ Is it the only day you give thanks? Do you only give thanks for the ‘good’ things in your life or do you also honor and give your gratitude for the ‘not so good’ things?

Toward the end of last year I read my horoscope and it said that “December of 2014 was going to not only be a great month; but it was going to be one of the top ten months of your life!” I was very excited, as you could imagine.

Well, everything that happens is all about perception…your perception. I was sick for over 5 weeks, from the end of November through mid December. Then my cat died and after that my best friend died; both unexpectedly. My two best friends, now gone.

Top ten month? I had to really wonder. Making my way through the blessings of all these moments, my constant thought was, “How can I love what is happening?”

It’s your time to be thankful for everything in your life, not only on Thanksgiving, every day. There is no good/bad, right/wrong. All that is, is all that is. Love everything that arises; whether that appears as a feeling, a circumstance, or as a dis-ease in the body. Love it all.

Many thanks for all of you and for all the lessons in my life.
